The market regulators of Yangtze River Delta launched the 1st joint law enforcement
Recently, the market regulators of Yangtze River Delta launched the first joint law enforcement operation since the signature of MOU of Yangtze River Delta on Integration of Market System.
After figuring out the counterfeiting case concerning BOSCH storage batteries, Shanghai Administration for Market Regulation coordinated with the counterparts of Jiangsu and Zhejiang to organize a joint enforcement action across the area on July 2. With the aid of the Economic Investigation Team under Shanghai Public Security Bureau, the Law Enforcement Team of Shanghai Administration for Market Regulation worked with the market regulators of Zhejiang and Jiangsu in 7 groups to jointly inspect the enterprises and stores involved in the case of “BOSCH” trademark infringement simultaneously in different areas.
Next, the relevant local market regulators will continue to examine and verify the enterprises involved and their products in the cities of Nanjing and Hangzhou to crack down on the acts of these enterprises in selling trademark infringing products.
The joint law enforcement work in the Yangtze River Delta will further focus on those illegal acts drawing wide social attention and impacting upon people’s livelihood to enhance the density and intensity of joint law enforcement, including unfair competition, monopoly, price and advertisement violation.
