Lianyungang Customs seized over 20 tons of locks alleged of IPR infringement

Recently, the Lianyungang Customs detained over 20 tons of export locks alleged of IPR infringement. Bearing the label of “CISA and logo”, this batch of locks infringed upon the exclusive trademark rights of Henan Cisa Food Co., Ltd. filed for record with the General Administration of Customs, China. According to the on-site counting, a total of 13,200 lock items, 7,488 lock cylinders and 5,940 door locks were detained.
