The legislative task on IPR protection clarified in the national work on comprehensive law-based governance
Recently, the meeting of Commission for Law-based Governance of the CPC Central Committee on work and task deployment was held to identify 98 tasks in this regard, which were assigned to four coordination groups in legislation, law enforcement, justice and law abiding and dissemination as well as the Office of the Commission for Law-based Governance of the CPC Central Committee.
The coordination group on legislation undertakes 29 work tasks, to focus on major issues of law-making in a scientific, democratic and law-based manner, deepen the “three major difficult battles”, put in place the legislation in key fields of implementing overall national security outlook, enhancing IPR protection and deepening comprehensive reform and push forward the improvement of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
It was pointed out at the meeting that to complete these tasks is urgent, arduous and demanding. The spirit of seizing each moment and the down-to-earth work style are required to ensure that the decision and arrangement of CPC Central Committee can be put in place. The items identified in the work tasks should be advanced in an orderly manner according to the timeline. The task leading units and participating units should strengthen coordination and synergy. The coordination groups should enhance the examination and follow-up performance checking to supervise the units in charge in completing the tasks on time.
