SPC released typical cases about protection of property rights and entrepreneurs’ rights and interests

On January 30, the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) held the news briefing to release a batch of typical cases about protecting the property rights and entrepreneurs’ rights and interests. Lin Wenxue, Spokesperson of the SPC presided over the briefing.

Seven cases were released on January 30, including 6 types of contract execution, IPR, administration, criminal crimes, attachment and state compensation, to reflect respectively the efforts of people’s courts on IPR protection and to supervise the commitment of the local governments, regulate the administrative acts, take cautious and legal preservative measures, rectify the illegal enforcement acts and increase the national compensation, etc.

Yan Maokun, Head of Research Department of SPC said that, the release of typical cases can be taken by reference as guidance of the national courts in the protection of properties and entrepreneurs’ rights and interests, which will play a positive and driving role in improving the legal protection of properties and entrepreneurs’ legitimate rights and interests, and creating sound legal environment for protecting the properties and entrepreneurs’ legitimate rights and interests.
