The Program of Key Tasks Division on National IPR Protection and Utilization during “Thirteenth Five-Year” Plan, as approved by the 2nd plenary of inter-ministerial joint meeting of State Council on IPR strategic implementation work,is hereby issued to you for your conscientious implementation.

Office of Inter-ministerial Joint Meeting of State Council on IP Strategic Implementation Work

In order to implement the National “Thirteenth Five-Year” Plan of IPR Protection and Utilization (State Council No. [2016]86) and based on functions and responsibilities of relevant departments, various key tasks are to be divided. The framework of the Program is displayed as follows:

vi. Push forward industrial upgrading and development.
vii. Promote open cooperation on IP.
