SAIC releases Its Opinions on Promoting Chinese Brand Construction

On May 22, the official website of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) published the Opinions of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Deeply Implementing the Trademark and Brand Strategy and Promoting Chinese Brand Construction. It is required to adhere to taking the trademark registration facilitation reform as the breakthrough point and the effective application and legal protection of trademarks and brands as the key point to improve the competitiveness of Chinese brands.
