The Office of National Leading Group on the Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting met the delegation of USPTO Chinese team

To echo the note of IP Office of US Embassy in China, the Office of National Leading Group on the Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting met the delegation of USPTO Chinese team, including Michael Mangelson, Head of Chinese team, Duncan Wilson, IP attaché of U.S. embassy in China and Adam Olszowka, economic official of US embassy in China. 

Lu Zhengmin, Deputy Head of the Office of National Leading Group on the Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting and Deputy Head of Law Enforcement Inspection Bureau of State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) indicated China’s constant position and determination to combat IPR infringement and counterfeiting and debriefed on the work of national crackdown on IPR infringement and counterfeiting, progress already made and next-step work priorities. 

Both sides had in-depth discussion about how to promote close communication and cooperation and enhance capacity building.
