Ten Ministries Jointly Carry out 2017 Online Market Supervision Special Action

The State Administration for Industry & Commerce recently issued 2017 Online Market Supervision Special Action Program, with an aim to carry out 2017 Online Market Supervision Special Action from May to November this year jointly with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the China Food and Drug Administration, the State Internet Information Office, and the State Post Bureau.

Key tasks defined in the Program include:

I. Crackdown sternly on IPR infringement and counterfeiting.

II. Crack down sternly on false propaganda and false and illegal advertising.

III. Crack down sternly on increasing sales volume and promoting business credit in a bogus manner in E-Commerce.

IV. Crack down sternly on other illegal online behaviors.
